My order arrived in a damaged package, what should I do?
• Inspect for damage, test the product to make sure it is in working order and if not please call the Customer Service Line to immediately provide you with further assistance.
• Sometimes the outer packaging may look damaged, but the merchandise inside the box is perfectly fine.
Do I need to keep my original packaging?
• Yes, if you need to return your product all original packaging is required.
