Payment
LED Lite Solutions Inc accepts VISA and Mastercard
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All sales of parts and accessories are final. No returns are accepted without original packaging.
Unopened Merchandise
Customers may return “unopened” merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Opened Merchandise
“Opened” merchandise in unused, like-new, or 100% re-saleable condition with all original accessories, hardware, owner’s manual and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Custom Merchandise
Please note ALL LED AddressFinder Signs are custom-made address signs; therefore, no refunds, cancellation, or exchanges are permitted.
Defective Merchandise
We encourage you to test your product within 15-days of delivery. In the event that you may have concerns about your product please call LED Lite Solutions Inc Customer Service. We are standing by to assist you. Please have your model number, serial number and proof of purchase available at the time of your call to expedite your service.
Return Process
• Call LED Lite Solutions Inc Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• LED Lite Solutions Inc will not be responsible for items that are lost or misdirected. You are strongly advised to send your returned product by registered mail or courier at your expense.
• Please include the following details with the returned product
o A copy of your original invoice
o The RMA for your merchandise return
o A contact phone number incase of any issues
• Returned Merchandise to be labeled as follows

LED Lite Solutions retains the exclusive and sole right of acceptance of all returns, exchanges or cancellation of an order.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
• A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise at LED Lite Solutions Inc warehouse
How much will I be refunded?
• The amount refunded will be the original purchase price reduced by any and all of the following:
o The original shipping charge
o The return shipping charge if incurred
o The cost of any missing accessories, parts, hardware or owner’s manual
o The reduction in market value due to use, shipping damage or missing original packaging
